We do not:

  • Offer healthcare or emergency services

There are two types of charges:

  1. Support Request Fee
    A $10 fee for each request, which covers personalized handling by a real person.
     
  2. Third-Party Costs
    The actual cost of items or services (such as groceries, meals, or delivery fees).
